SQL Server / SSIS Data Developer (100% remote, full time, paid in USD)

About the role
Uildu is a US-based professional services company. We're hiring a SQL Server Data Developer to join the development team of a US company in the financial services industry, fully remote and long-term, paid monthly in US dollars.
Most of the client's data integration runs on SSIS and SQL Server, and their next project moves part of it to Azure Synapse and Data Factory. You'll build and maintain ETL packages, warehouse loads and data integrations, working alongside .NET developers. The team uses AI coding agents every day.
Must have
Strong hands-on SQL Server: T-SQL, stored procedures, query tuning, incremental loads
Hands-on experience building, deploying and troubleshooting SSIS packages in production
Data warehousing and ETL experience
Real day-to-day use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agent mode): you'll use them heavily, and we'll ask about it in detail
Fluent English: you'll talk daily with US-based business users
Nice to have
Azure Data Factory and/or Azure Synapse
C# / .NET
Banking, financial services or fintech background
Previous remote experience with US teams
