Join a high-impact digital engineering team where you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) across global enterprises.
As a Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect, you will lead complex PLM transformation initiatives, define enterprise architecture strategies, and deliver innovative Siemens Teamcenter solutions that drive business value, operational efficiency, and engineering excellence.
In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and technology stakeholders to architect scalable, secure, and future-ready PLM ecosystems.
You will have the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, leverage AI-driven innovation, and establish best practices that accelerate product development and lifecycle processes.
Your Role
Architect and deliver end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter solutions that align business objectives with engineering and product development requirements.
Lead large-scale Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives, including RAC-to-Active Workspace transformations.
Design scalable PLM solutions encompassing BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management capabilities.
Define enterprise solution architectures, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and development standards across PLM programs.
Architect and oversee integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, NX, ERP, MES, ECAD, and MCAD systems.
Drive AI-enabled innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engineering productivity, data quality, and business outcomes.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to global development teams while ensuring adherence to Agile, SDLC, and enterprise architecture best practices.
Your Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
12+ years of overall IT or Engineering experience, including 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Teamcenter Solution Architect.
Demonstrated success leading multiple large-scale Siemens Teamcenter implementation, transformation, or modernization programs in complex enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in Teamcenter Architecture, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management.
Strong hands-on experience developing and customizing Teamcenter solutions using ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace Framework, and related Teamcenter technologies.
Proven experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP, NX, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Passion for AI innovation, digital engineering transformation, governance, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance PLM capabilities.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440/year
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
