As our Director, Nursing Services, you will provide comprehensive leadership and accountability for the strategic and daily operations of the clinical service, driving quality patient care, and fostering strong physician and associate relations. You will oversee patient care delivery, establish nursing practice standards, and ensure adherence to hospital goals, policies, and regulatory standards.
