We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our Food & Beverage team in Mysuru, India. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the culinary and hospitality industry while learning from experienced professionals in a dynamic bakery and food service environment. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in both bakery operations and customer service, developing a comprehensive skill set in food preparation, presentation, and guest interaction.Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other bakery items following established recipes and quality standardsLearn and apply proper food safety and hygiene protocols in all kitchen operationsSupport the F&B service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences through attentive and courteous serviceOrganize and maintain cleanliness of work stations, equipment, and service areasCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during service hoursReceive guidance and training from senior staff members and implement feedback to improve performanceAssist in inventory management, stock rotation, and basic food preparation tasksDevelop proficiency in using bakery equipment and kitchen tools safely and effectivelyContribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating enthusiasm and willingness to learnSupport special events and catering operations as needed
