Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at AllVerse Studios, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications and internal tools for a variety of SME clients. You will implement responsive user interfaces, develop robust back-end services and APIs, integrate third-party systems, and optimize application performance and security. Day-to-day, you will collaborate with designers, product owners, and other engineers to refine requirements, plan technical solutions, review code, and ensure high-quality releases. You will also help improve the internal development tooling and workflows, contribute to documentation, and support continuous delivery practices. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while expecting reliable communication, availability during agreed working hours, and proactive participation in a distributed team.
Qualifications
Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UIs.
Experience with Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, data modeling, and integration with databases or external services.
Solid understanding of version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and to participate in constructive code reviews.
Comfort working in remote, cross-functional teams, with clear communication in English and reliable time management.
Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and scalability for web applications.
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience working with SMEs or agencies is a plus.
