RAD (Rapid Asset Deployment) Process Assistant will be working at the RAD center to provide Rapid solution for IT Assets triage, troubleshooting, repairs and RMA/ARMAs. They will also be partnering with all the OEMs in India for RMA support.
Key job responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field (BCA, MCA, B.Tech).
Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory)
3 to 5 years of relevant experience RMA/Repair of Laptops, Desktops, RF Scanners and IT Inventory Management /Networking
Proven skills in diagnosing PC/Laptop defects, repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
Experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, RF scanners, and portable handheld terminals
Knowledge on RMA process of all IT related equipment’s
Knowledge on Chip level PCB repair would be added advantage
Hands on experience in Windows OS imaging
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining laser printers and zebra printers.
Hands on experience in IT Inventory management
Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, OSI Model and TCP/IP protocols and applications
Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/messenger with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
