Role Description The Music Producer will work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with artists, sound engineers, and creative teams. Daily responsibilities include composing and arranging tracks, programming high-energy drill beats, overseeing recording sessions, and shaping the sonic direction of projects. The role involves selecting and using music technology tools, managing sessions from pre-production through post-production, and ensuring high-quality mixes ready for distribution. The Music Producer will coordinate with the digital branding and development teams to align audio content with visual and digital assets, contribute creative ideas for campaigns, and meet project timelines. The position also includes staying current with industry trends, maintaining organized project files, and supporting the growth of HDrappers’ catalog and brand presence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Music Production, including composing, arranging, beat-making, and managing recording sessions.
Solid understanding of Music Theory and musical structure to create harmonically and rhythmically coherent tracks.
Proficiency with Music Technology, such as DAWs (e.g., Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro), plugins, and studio equipment.
Broad knowledge of Music and current genres, with a particular interest in drill, hip-hop, and contemporary urban sounds.
Awareness of the Music Industry, including distribution platforms, licensing basics, and trends in digital music consumption.
Relevant experience in a studio or production environment; portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is highly valued.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, branding, and tech teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced, evolving creative requirements.
Formal education in music, audio engineering, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
