Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice in General Cardiology at Baptist Heart Specialists at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville Downtown location. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.

Monday - Friday clinic 8am-5pm - Baptist Heart Specialists - Downtown/Pavilion - 836 Prudential Dr # 1700, Jacksonville, FL 32207
Plus Weekend rotation - Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville - 800 Prudential Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32207
