**Role Overview**
We are looking for a proactive and well-connected **Artist Booking Manager** who can secure gigs and booking opportunities for our roster of artists across Mumbai and Pune.
This is a commission-based, remote opportunity, ideal for someone with strong networking skills, an interest in music and entertainment, and the ability to build relationships with venues, event organizers, promoters, and brands.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Secure paid gigs and performance opportunities for our artists across Mumbai and Pune.
* Build and maintain relationships with clubs, event organizers, promoters, venues, and relevant industry contacts.
* Pitch artists for suitable events, club nights, festivals, and private bookings.
* Negotiate booking fees and coordinate performance details with clients and artists.
* Develop a consistent pipeline of booking opportunities and maintain professional client relationships.
* Identify new venues, events, and opportunities to expand our artists’ reach.
**Requirements**
* Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* An interest in music, nightlife, live events, and talent management.
* Ability to independently source leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
* Existing industry connections in Mumbai or Pune are a plus.
* Prior experience in artist bookings, event management, sales, or talent management is preferred, but not mandatory.
**Compensation**
This is a **commission-based role**, with earnings linked to the bookings successfully secured. There is no fixed salary.
