Role Description The Senior Java Software Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Deoria. In this role, the engineer will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, with a strong focus on building robust and scalable backend services. Typical day-to-day tasks include writing clean, efficient code, implementing and optimizing microservices, integrating with APIs, and ensuring high performance and reliability of the systems. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, review code, and guide less-experienced team members. Responsibilities also include participating in architecture discussions, troubleshooting production issues, improving development practices, and contributing to documentation and testing.
Qualifications
Strong software development skills, including experience with application design, debugging, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in Java and core programming concepts, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, including building, deploying, and maintaining distributed services.
Solid knowledge of the Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data) for enterprise application development.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git), build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and mentor other engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in agile development methodologies and knowledge of software testing practices and tools.
