Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and execution, including defining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The role involves expediting critical activities, supervising inspections where required, and ensuring logistics and materials are aligned with project needs. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous process improvement to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Project coordination and leadership skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Expeditor and Expediting skills to track, follow up, and accelerate critical project activities and materials.
Inspection experience to support quality control, compliance with standards, and verification of work and materials.
Logistics Management skills to align procurement, transportation, and material handling with project schedules.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, collaboration platforms).
Experience in infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects is beneficial.
