Tasks
Co-design and build the overall technical architecture (core system, integrations, application layer)
Develop and integrate AI components (LLMs, semantic search, analytics)
Design and implement a modular, container-based platform (Docker, API-first approach)
Connect existing systems (e.g. ERP, data sources) via adapter logic
Contribute to product strategy and technical roadmap
Select and establish a sustainable open-source technology stack
Actively support the development of a strong network within the Estonian startup ecosystem (tech community, partners, programs)
Collaborate with funding bodies, programs, and relevant stakeholders in Estonia
Requirements
Experience in software development (ideally Python / backend / APIs)
Knowledge of AI / machine learning / LLM integration
Experience with container technologies and system architecture
Strong understanding of data structures, data models, and distributed systems
Interest in open-source ecosystems and privacy-focused solutions
Ability to structure and implement technical concepts independently
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a co-founder role
Strong networking mindset – ideally with exposure to startup ecosystems (experience in Estonia is a plus)
