🗂Full-cycle U.S. IT recruitment—from identifying talent to offer facilitation.
💻Source, screen, and engage U.S.-based IT talent (Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.) with precision and insight.
🔎Leverage job portals, ATS systems, and professional networks effectively.
⏱ Coordinate cross-time-zone interviews, support onboarding, and facilitate offer negotiations.
🗣 Communicate clearly and negotiate professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✅ Proven 2-4 years of experience hiring for U.S. IT roles—experience with Implementation clients is a must.
📝 Excellent English skills (written & verbal) to interface with U.S. hiring teams.
🛠 On-site presence in Indore—bringing hands-on collaboration and team energy.
