Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Honavar. The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications, working across both front-end and back-end components to deliver responsive, accessible, and secure solutions. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, developing server-side logic, integrating APIs and databases, and optimizing application performance. The role also involves collaborating with designers and product stakeholders, reviewing code for quality and consistency, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development process and overall web architecture.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with experience creating secure, scalable server-side logic.
Sound understanding of full-stack Web Development principles and best practices.
Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language or framework).
Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to analyze requirements, document technical solutions, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
