We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Contract & SOW Governance
Review Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests, and Contract Amendments.
Validate contractual obligations, SLAs, service credits, penalties, governance requirements, transition commitments, staffing obligations, and reporting requirements.
Create and maintain contract obligation matrices and compliance trackers.
Ensure alignment between MSA, SOW, annexures, pricing schedules, solution designs, and commercial assumptions.
Identify contractual gaps, ambiguities, and delivery risks before contract execution.
Solution & Technical Validation
Review solution designs for Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Managed Services, Service Desk, Data Center, Network, and Workplace Services engagements.
Validate that solution assumptions align with contractual commitments and scope definitions.
Assess feasibility of proposed delivery models, staffing structures, service levels, and operating procedures.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to resolve scope, effort, and technical discrepancies.
Ensure that proposed solutions can be measured, governed, and delivered within agreed commercial terms.
Deal Assurance & Commercial Validation
Participate in deal reviews and governance forums.
Validate resource models, effort estimations, and pricing assumptions.
Review dependencies, exclusions, assumptions, and risk mitigation plans.
Assess impact of scope changes and support change order governance.
Support margin protection and revenue assurance activities.
Contract Compliance & Delivery Assurance
Establish mechanisms to track contractual obligations post-transition.
Monitor compliance against SLAs, KPIs, reporting commitments, and governance requirements.
Review service delivery performance against contractual expectations.
Support internal audits and customer governance reviews.
Identify contract leakage, scope creep, and compliance risks.
Risk & Governance Management
Conduct risk assessments during pursuit, transition, and steady-state operations.
Escalate contractual and operational risks to leadership.
Recommend corrective actions and remediation plans.
Support executive reviews and account health assessments.
Enable consistent governance practices across accounts.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with:

Service Delivery Managers
Solution Architects
Commercial & Finance Teams
Legal Teams
Procurement Teams
Account Leadership
Serve as the trusted advisor for contractual and solution governance matters.
Essential
Required Experience
10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Security, Network, Data Center, or End User Computing environments.
Strong understanding of:
MSAs
SOWs
Contract structures
Service schedules
Change Orders
Governance frameworks
Experience reviewing and interpreting customer contracts.
Experience in solutioning, delivery management, transition management, or service management.
Knowledge of ITIL-based delivery models.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Preferred
Experience in large outsourcing and managed services deals.
Experience working with Legal and Commercial teams.
Knowledge of Cloud and Security services.
Experience in service transition and transformation programmes.
Exposure to contract compliance audits and delivery governance.
