What you will do
Architect and implement core product features for mobile applications using React and related technologies.
Integrate AI-driven functionalities and ensure high performance, reliability, and security of apps.
Collaborate on product strategy, refine user flows, and write clean, maintainable code.
Conduct code reviews and manage deployments.
Work closely with design, data, and business teams to translate user and customer needs into intuitive mobile experiences.
Contribute to roadmap planning and help shape the company’s technology vision.
Participate in fundraising, partnerships, and overall business growth.
What we are looking for
Strong analytical skills to interpret user behavior, product metrics, and technical trade-offs, making data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting ideas clearly, and documenting processes.
Sales-oriented mindset to support investor conversations, strategic partnerships, and early customer acquisition efforts.
Marketing awareness to help position the product, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and align app features with user needs.
Research skills to explore emerging technologies, understand market trends in AI and hiring, and validate product assumptions.
Demonstrated experience building and shipping mobile applications using React (React Native or similar), JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern development tools.
Background in startup environments or founding roles, with comfort in ambiguity, rapid iteration, and hands-on problem solving.
Understanding of AI/ML-driven products or interest in learning quickly in this domain.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and take ownership of outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior co-founder or lead engineer experience is highly valued.
