Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor Cosmetologist role based in Nasik. The Doctor Cosmetologist will conduct detailed consultations, assess skin and hair conditions, and design individualized treatment plans for cosmetic and dermatological concerns. Daily responsibilities include performing non-surgical cosmetic procedures, prescribing appropriate medications or therapies, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and safety standards, and providing pre- and post-procedure guidance. The Doctor Cosmetologist will also collaborate with other clinical staff, participate in case discussions, and stay updated on new cosmetic technologies, products, and best practices.
Qualifications
Medical qualification such as MBBS with specialization or certification in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic medicine.
Proven experience in diagnosing common skin and hair conditions and recommending evidence-based cosmetic treatments.
Hands-on skills in performing non-surgical cosmetic procedures (e.g., peels, lasers, injectables) with a strong focus on safety and outcomes.
Strong patient communication and counseling abilities, including explaining procedures, risks, and aftercare in clear, respectful language.
Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate, confidential patient documentation.
Commitment to ethical medical practice, continuous learning, and staying current with advances in dermatology and cosmetic care.
Comfort working in an on-site, patient-facing role in Nasik; proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
