Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hoskote for a member of the Marketing Team. The role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and brand. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assisting with sales activities, engaging with customers, and coordinating promotional campaigns. The team member will help prepare marketing materials, track campaign performance, and provide feedback to improve customer outreach. Collaboration with sales, operations, and management is expected to ensure alignment between market needs and business goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Ability to conduct Market Research and interpret findings to support Marketing Strategy and decision-making.
Basic to intermediate Sales and Marketing Strategy skills to assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
Comfort working on-site in Hoskote and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with standard office software and basic data analysis tools is an advantage.
Prior experience in marketing, sales, or the agro/food sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
