Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Panaji, with some flexibility for work from home. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, listing and marketing properties, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with legal, financial, and other service providers. The role involves analyzing local market trends, advising clients on pricing and negotiation strategies, and ensuring each transaction complies with relevant regulations. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with the Luxe Vista Real Estate team, attend meetings, and maintain accurate records of all interactions and deals.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices.
Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including residential and commercial properties.
Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, plus negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and responsiveness to client needs.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing time and tasks both in-office and remotely.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with digital tools for property listings, CRM systems, and basic office software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in Goa is an advantage.
Prior experience in real estate or a related sales field preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant licenses will be considered.
