A Dow possui uma oportunidade para atuar como Técnico(a) de Laboratório Sênior localizado em Jundiaí –SP (BRA).
O profissional presta suporte técnico a engenheiros de pesquisa e desenvolvimento e cientistas na preparação e execução de atividades e estudos experimentais. Fornece suporte técnico para desenvolvimento de produtos, desenvolvimento de aplicações, serviços técnicos e/ou pesquisa.
É sua responsabilidade avaliar problemas analíticos ou científicos em situações incomuns e selecionar soluções com base em procedimentos estabelecidos. Você servirá como um recurso formal em tarefas operacionais, administrativas, de organização de dados ou de suporte para membros da equipe menos experientes. Seu desempenho terá impacto na qualidade, produtividade e eficácia de seu próprio trabalho e do trabalho de equipe. Você deve ser capaz de modificar práticas e processos de trabalho para alcançar resultados e/ou melhorar a eficiência.
Responsabilidades:
Trabalha como parte de uma equipe em um laboratório apoiando químicos e engenheiros no desenvolvimento.
Planeja e executa com segurança solicitações de trabalho de laboratório, mantendo e operando aparelhos de laboratório como CG, HPLC, FTIR, DSC, TGA, Microscopios e reômetros entre outros relevantes equipamentos de teste e documentando dados.
Executa tarefas rotineiras e não padronizadas ou procedimentos de maior complexidade.
Atinge os objetivos do projeto usando habilidades e experiência técnica específica da função e introduz novos procedimentos para novos métodos de instrumentos, mudanças de equipamentos ou novos equipamentos.
Responsável dentro do departamento e grupo de trabalho do laboratório em procedimentos, equipamentos ou instrumentos específicos.
Atua como responsável pela calibração, operação segura e manutenção de rotina de instrumentos, máquinas e componentes de sistemas simples e complexos.
Atualiza o conhecimento pessoal para o uso adequado do equipamento por meio de manuais e procedimentos de trabalho, registra atividades de manutenção e resultados de calibração conforme necessário.
Qualificações:
Curso técnico em química ou relacionado com CRQ ativo.
7-10 anos de experiência profissional relevante em técnicas analíticas/ pesquisa e desenvolvimento.
Desejável:
Inglês intermediário.
Experiência prévia atuando surfactantes e formulações de consumo (limpeza / cosméticos).
