Client Services Representative

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Services Representative role based in Vadodara. The Client Services Representative will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, providing information about services, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial consultation through event completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to emails and calls, scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining client records, and supporting event planners with client communication and updates. The role involves addressing client concerns, tracking feedback, and working with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The Client Services Representative will also assist with basic billing and documentation, contribute to process improvements, and uphold company standards of professionalism and service quality.
Qualifications
Client service and customer-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service experience.
Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-centric approach.
Experience supporting Customer Satisfaction initiatives, including handling feedback and resolving issues.
Basic understanding of Finance-related tasks, such as invoicing, payment tracking, and documentation.
Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or client management software).
Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborate with event planning teams, and maintain a courteous, inclusive demeanor with clients and colleagues.
Prior experience in events, hospitality, or a service-focused industry is preferred; relevant education in business, hospitality, or communications is an advantage.
