Role Description The Talent Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and developing internal talent within GreenApple Media. This role includes designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting performance review processes. The specialist will work with leadership to identify high-potential team members, drive succession planning efforts, and align talent strategies with business needs. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with managers, analyzing HR data, maintaining accurate talent records, and ensuring fair, transparent practices that support a positive workplace culture. The role also includes partnering with HR and operations to refine policies, support workforce planning, and contribute to organizational development projects.
Qualifications
Strong Talent Management and Succession Planning skills, with experience in building structured growth paths and development plans.
Practical experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback systems, and evaluation frameworks.
Expertise in Employee Engagement initiatives and Training & Development programs to support a motivated and skilled workforce.
Knowledge of HR best practices, workforce planning, and basic labor regulations relevant to India.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to analyze HR and performance data, generate insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in media, marketing, or digital industries is an advantage.
