About Customiser AI
Customiser AI is a software company developing an AI-powered estimating and quotation platform for the metal fabrication and custom manufacturing industry.
Our software processes engineering drawings, specifications and customer RFQs to prepare manufacturing requirements, cost estimates and quotations.
The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Senior Estimators to work directly with our team to evaluate how Customiser supports the estimating process as we prepare for wider product development. You'll be given access to Customiser to evaluate its functionality, work through real-world estimating scenarios and provide practical feedback on how the platform can better support professional estimators.
Your input will directly influence the product's development.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on estimating experience.
Background in metal fabrication, sheet metal, precision manufacturing or related industries.
Experience preparing quotations from customer engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong understanding of material costs, manufacturing processes, labour and pricing.
Comfortable evaluating software and providing constructive feedback.
Engagement
Remote, paid and flexible. Initially a short-term consulting opportunity with potential for ongoing collaboration.
