About Margo MD
Margo MD is a telehealth company providing clinician-guided care across weight loss, longevity, beauty, brain health, energy, and overall wellness. Through our platform, patients are connected with board-certified clinicians who assess their individual health needs and prescribe personalized treatment plans, including GLP-1 medications, peptides, and NAD+ therapies. All prescriptions are fulfilled by licensed U.S. pharmacies and shipped directly to patients. As we scale, we are investing in building a strong, brand-aligned presence across social media.
The Role
We’re looking for a TikTok-native, trend-obsessed Social Media Assistant to help create and post content for Margo MD’s Instagram and TikTok. You’ll work directly with our founder to shape the brand’s voice on social, and you’ll have real creative ownership from day one. This is a great fit for someone who lives on TikTok, knows what’s trending before it peaks, and wants hands-on experience growing a brand in the health and wellness space.
What You’ll Do
Plan, film, edit, and post short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, Stories, and feed)
Spot trending sounds, formats, and memes and adapt them quickly to fit the Margo MD brand
Write captions, hooks, and on-screen text that stop the scroll
Help build and maintain a weekly content calendar
Engage with our community: respond to comments and DMs and interact with relevant accounts
Track performance (views, engagement, follower growth) and share what’s working
Research competitors and wellness creators for content ideas and inspiration
What We’re Looking For
A TikTok expert: you understand the algorithm, trends, sounds, and what makes content go viral
Comfortable on camera and/or skilled at directing and editing content (CapCut, TikTok editor, Instagram tools, etc.)
Strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling that fits a clean, modern, luxe brand
Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) health advertising guidelines and platform rules around medical claims
Interest in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle content is a big plus
Currently enrolled college student preferred (marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field)
Bonus: experience growing a personal or brand account, or a portfolio of content you’ve created

Fully remote
$20/hour up to 10-12 hours a week
