Job Summary We are looking for a fresh graduate for the role of FPGA RTL Integration and Deployment supporting next-generation SSD controller development. You will work closely with ASIC Design, Architecture, Firmware, Verification, Validation, and Platform teams in an Agile Development environment. You will be responsible for integrating RTL modules into FPGA platforms, supporting FPGA build and deployment activities, enabling firmware bring-up, and assisting in validation of pre-silicon and post-silicon features. You will contribute to FPGA infrastructure development and help accelerate product development through rapid prototyping platforms. Role Description and Desired Skills Strong understanding of Digital Design, FPGA Architecture, and RTL design concepts. Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog and hardware development methodologies. Familiarity with FPGA development tools such as Vivado, Quartus, Synplify, or similar. Basic understanding of ASIC development flow and hardware verification methodologies. Skilled in Python, Shell scripting, C/C++, AI/ML concepts, and Github Copilot. Understanding of hardware-software interactions and embedded systems. Integrate RTL modules and subsystem components into FPGA platforms. Support FPGA synthesis, implementation, timing closure, and deployment activities. Assist with FPGA platform bring-up and debug activities. Develop automation tools and scripts to improve FPGA build and deployment workflows. Collaborate with Firmware and Validation teams to enable feature verification on FPGA prototypes. Perform failure analysis, debug design issues, and assist in root cause identification. Support performance characterization and functional validation on FPGA platforms. Knowledge of logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, JTAG, and hardware debugging tools is desirable. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Quick learning attitude and willingness to take ownership of technical challenges. Ability to multitask and meet project milestones in a dynamic development environment. Proven ability to achieve results while working effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and self-directed with strong communication and teamwork skills.
