Description
Job Summary We are looking for a fresh graduate for the role of Test Development in Firmware verification / System validation of next-generation SSDs. You will work closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, Driver, and Software teams in an Agile Development process. The tests that you develop will use white/grey/black-box tests methodology to fully validate firmware functionality on a module-by-module, also at system level, as the firmware is being developed. You will be expected to design test cases and prepare test plans, define testing methods, specify required diagnostic interfaces, design test algorithms and implement for correct operation when it is integrated into the full product firmware. You will test the firmware in a variety of environments including simulation, FPGA prototyping, and on the prototype hardware. Required Skills: Skilled in programming - Python, C, AI/ML models, Github Copilot, Data analytics. Knowledge of Embedded system concepts and architecture. Knowledge of IO tools, Protocol analyzers, Debugging tools for Embedded Systems. Understanding of Software development Life Cycle. Quick learning attitude and willingness to go beyond the assigned work. Design and development of automated test cases for Storage firmware/system validation using Python. Contribute towards improving our test automation frameworks and methods. Perform failure analysis to root cause the issues and reproduce the issues for debug. Strong problem-solving Mindset Do multi-task and meet deadlines Proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
