Founder Office Intern

About the role
I'm hiring a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with me at Pakaoo, a subscription marketplace for home-cooked meals from verified home kitchens in Bengaluru.
This is not a fixed-role internship. You will be my right hand and handle whatever the day needs, across communication, content, team follow-ups, finance and vendor coordination.
What you will do
- Handle communication on my behalf: calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups with the team, vendors, photographers and partners
- Manage my calendar and task list, and remind me of what's due each day
- Keep my content on schedule: remind me when a reel or post is due, help plan the idea, shoot on phone, and get it posted
- Run team check-ins, collect updates and send me a clear daily report
- Follow up until work is actually finished, not just assigned
- Maintain expense sheets from bank statements and bills in Excel/Google Sheets
- Pick up any ad hoc task I hand over, small or big
Who you are
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Clear communicator in Hindi and English (Kannada is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and fine with chasing people for updates
- Active on Instagram and understands reels
- Comfortable pushing me to stick to deadlines, not just taking instructions
- No ego about the type of work. Data entry one hour, a vendor call the next
- Trustworthy with confidential financial and company information
Details
- Location: Bengaluru, work from office
- Working days: Monday to Friday, plus first and last Saturday of the month
- Duration: 2 months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month
- Perks: Free food at the office
