What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Lines Insurance Associate, you'll support the daily operations of business insurance accounts, assist clients with their service requests, and help ensure insurance documentation and account information are managed accurately and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to business client inquiries, gather information, and provide timely follow-ups.
Insurance Quotes: Assist with preparing commercial insurance quotes using carrier platforms and established procedures.
Policy Management: Support policy endorsements, renewals, and updates while ensuring business and policy information remains accurate.
Certificates of Insurance (COIs): Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance and ACORD forms accurately, following established guidelines.
Lender & Mortgage Coordination: Assist with lender-related and mortgage-related insurance requests, including coordinating required documentation when applicable.
Billing Support: Respond to billing inquiries, coordinate with clients and carriers, and follow up on outstanding issues.
Account Management: Maintain accurate client records, update account information, and document communications and service activities.
Service Request Tracking: Monitor pending requests, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate complex matters when additional support is needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and insurance carriers to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

Availability to work schedules aligned with U.S. time zones.
Prior experience in commercial insurance, insurance administration, or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
