We are seeking a licensed medical provider (MD/DO, PA, or NP/APRN) with an active, unrestricted DEA registration and authority to prescribe controlled substances to join our team and grow with us in this dynamic, rapidly evolving field.

Role Overview
You will conduct personalized consultations—via telemedicine—focusing on lab work interpretation, symptom analysis, and individualized treatment planning. This position is ideal for a caring, science-driven medical provider who values meaningful patient relationships, proactive wellness strategies, and continuous learning.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Florida medical license with active DEA registration
Experience prescribing hormone replacement therapy
Prior experience in a clinical environment
Proficiency in EMR and/or CRM systems
Experience working via telemedicine

Job Details
MD/DO: $200/hour
PA: $110/hour
NP/APRN: $100/hour
Plus $25 patient management fee per patient for all providers
