Meta Ads Project Owner

10xMedia is an AI-powered marketing agency. We combine AI tools with human strategy to help brands create more content, reach bigger audiences and grow faster.
We're hiring a Paid Ads Manager (Media Buyer) to own all of our Meta advertising end to end – the account setup, the creatives and the campaign results. This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who moves fast, fixes problems before they cost us, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
1. Ads setup management
- Keep our ads setup safe, secure and scalable
- Maintain a consistent supply of setup assets so there is zero downtime on any ads
- Fix any setup issue within 24 hours
2. Creative
- Fully own creative production for certain ad types
- For others, write clear briefs and delegate production to our in-house AI content team
- Test creatives, learn from the data and scale what works
3. Full campaign ownership across three funnels
- Creator and talent brand campaigns
- Staff recruiting campaigns
- Client acquisition campaigns
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Speed to live: from "we need X" to X being live within 24 hours
- No ads offline for more than 24 hours
- All three campaign types live and improving month on month
- Clear weekly reporting on spend, leads and cost per result
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience managing real budgets in Meta Ads Manager, with results you can show
- Strong grasp of the auction, learning phase, CBO vs. ABO and special ad categories
- Experience managing Business Managers, ad accounts and Account Quality
- Able to produce simple ad creatives yourself and write sharp briefs for others
- Data-driven, fast-moving and reliable without supervision
THE OFFER
- Full-time, based in Serbia
- $1,500 for the first month (probation)
- Growing to $3,000+/month after probation as you hit targets
