Position Details:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of an assigned patient care department, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care. This role provides operational, clinical, and people leadership while fostering a positive environment for patients, caregivers, physicians, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
BSN preferred.
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state of practice.
Experience
Minimum of three years of nursing experience required.
Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
Certifications
BLS required.
ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
Skills
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated clinical expertise and understanding of patient care operations.
Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and drive quality outcomes.
