As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator you will perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function. This position is located in North, PA - USA.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Monitoring sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment
Prepare Shipments – Create in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy
Schedule Shipments with carriers and/or customers as required
Send all pick-up request emails.
Comply with customer order requests.
Shipment expediting as requested/required.
Resolving SAP system or inventory issues that may prevent timely shipment of orders.
Consulting with the Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve issues preventing shipment
Vacation coverage in other areas of the department
What Makes You the Right Fit
Strong background in computerized inventory and shipping systems, preferably SAP
Ability to work under pressure;
Excellent problem solving skills and numeracy skills;
Enthusiastic team player;
Results oriented and high attention to detail;
Ability to learn computer skills
How Would You Stand Out?
English Fluency
High School diploma or GED
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Available to work overtime as needed to cover special situations.
