Brand Education & Account Relations Specialist — Soft Power Sweets Vegan Cannabis Edibles
Soft Power Sweets is looking for a thoughtful, articulate, and relationship-oriented professional to help grow our retail partnerships and educate dispensary teams about our premium cannabis edibles. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates based in the Western Hemisphere, with working-hour overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
The role involves regular outbound calls to roughly 1000 dispensaries in our region, assessing client needs, Scheduling trainings and hosting engaging product-education webinars, following up with accounts, and helping our partners understand what makes our products distinctive. We're looking for someone with excellent spoken and written English, confidence on the phone and on camera, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in premium plant based food, chocolate, cannabis, or thoughtful consumer brands. Cannabis or specialty-food experience is a plus and education will be required; curiosity, warmth, reliability, and the ability to communicate with clarity are essential.
Compensation: Target base of approximately $2,000 USD per month for an experienced contractor, plus performance-based bonuses, with the final arrangement dependent on location, experience, and applicable employment requirements.
