Required Qualifications
Experience developing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing complex IT vendor contracts.
Strong vendor relationship and contract lifecycle management experience.
Experience negotiating with large technology vendors or implementation partners.
Experience developing SLAs, KPIs, performance measures, and monitoring frameworks.
Ability to identify and mitigate contract, operational, compliance, and vendor risks.
Knowledge of technology procurement, contract management, and vendor accountability.
Experience coordinating procurement, legal, technical, program, and executive stakeholders.
Strong analysis, negotiation, facilitation, documentation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to independently recommend solutions and clearly explain risks, dependencies, and resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Public-sector technology modernization, procurement, contracting, or vendor management experience.
Experience with large enterprise modernization contracts.
Experience with CCWIS, child welfare, health and human services, or similar government systems.
Experience coordinating multiple government agencies or stakeholders.
Knowledge of federally funded contracts and compliance.
Experience with VMO/VRMU functions and CAPAP or similar remediation frameworks.
