HTM is looking for an experienced business operator to join our team as a CEO Advisor, working directly with small and midsized business owners to improve financial performance, develop growth strategies, solve operational challenges, and turn plans into measurable results.
What We're Looking For:
Former CEO, President, COO, or comparable senior operating executive with direct, overall P&L ownership.
Experience operating and growing businesses ranging from approximately $500K to $30M+ in annual revenue.
A career primarily focused on small and midsized businesses.
The ability to have candid, practical conversations with owners about strategy, financial performance, and growth.
A hands-on leader who can identify problems, implement solutions, and drive accountability.
