We're hiring a freelance Motion Designer who lives in After Effects and Cinema 4D, to make the motion and 3D work behind our clients' ads, five days a week, fully remote.
THE ROLE
Motion is a core part of what our in-house studio makes: motion graphics ads, 3D product and brand animation, and campaign assets for fast-growing brands. You'll join a motion team that already works fully remotely, and take briefs from our growth and creative teams from concept to final delivery.
This is a full working week with us, Monday to Friday, on a freelance basis.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design and animate motion graphics ads and 3D sequences in After Effects and Cinema 4D
Take briefs through Jira from our growth and creative teams, ask the right questions, and own the work to final
Share work in Frame.io and turn feedback round quickly and cleanly
Deliver approved masters in every format the channels need: 1:1, 9:16, 16:9 and 4:5
Build variants for testing (hooks, messages, colours, edits) so the team can find what performs
Keep project files and source assets organised so anyone on the team can pick them up
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years as a motion designer at an agency, studio or brand, or as an established freelancer
Expert in After Effects and strong in Cinema 4D, with a showreel that proves both
A strong eye for type, layout, colour and timing in motion
Fluent in how motion works on TikTok, Meta and YouTube, and what makes people stop scrolling
Reliable and self-managing across several briefs at once
Extensive experience with AI creative models, including Seedance and ElevenLabs, and with node-based AI workflow platforms like Figma Weave, Flora and ComfyUI
Clear written English and comfortable working with a team in London
