Role: US IT Recruiter – SI Accounts
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3–5 Years (only midlevel)
Timings: 6:30 PM-03:30 AM (IST)
Job Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for US System Integrator (SI) accounts.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely interview scheduling and closures.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to meet hiring targets.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with previous experience at Capgemini, Randstad, DISYS, Mphasis, Wipro, or similar organizations are preferred.
