You’re a hunter, not just an applicant manager. You know how to find great talent beyond active applicants and build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing.
You build real relationships. You turn initial outreach into genuine conversations and keep strong candidates engaged throughout the process.
You know how to assess talent. You conduct thoughtful screening interviews and know how to dig into experience, motivation, communication, and role fit.

This job is for you if:
🎯 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or talent-focused roles, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and outreach.
🔍 Strong headhunting and sourcing skills, with experience finding talent beyond active applicants through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, communities, referrals, job boards, or other creative sourcing strategies.
💻 Experience recruiting for digital marketing, creative, agency, or tech teams. You’re comfortable learning enough about different functions to understand what makes a candidate relevant.
🤝 Strong relationship-building skills. You know how to build genuine connections with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners.
🎙️ Experience conducting structured screening interviews and assessing experience, motivation, communication, and role fit.
📋 Strong organizational and documentation skills. You can manage multiple candidates and hiring processes simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
🚀 Comfort working with autonomy and changing priorities. You don’t need someone checking in on you every step of the way.
🗣️ Fluent English (C1).
Bonus points if you:
Have experience working in an agency, staffing, or executive search environment.
Have recruited for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
Have experience building or nurturing talent pipelines or talent communities.
Have experience working with remote-first or distributed teams across multiple locations or countries.
Have experience coordinating with multiple hiring stakeholders.
Feel comfortable facilitating cross-team events and coordinating team logistics, including shipping and deliverables for team members.
