Role Description The Vice President of Consulting Services is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing CyberXDelta’s consulting portfolio and ensuring high-quality delivery to enterprise clients. This role leads the consulting team, defines service offerings, and aligns consulting engagements with the company’s strategic focus on cybersecurity training and advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, scoping and directing consulting projects, improving delivery methodologies, and collaborating with sales and business development to grow consulting revenue. The Vice President will establish performance metrics, guide resource planning, mentor consulting staff, and work closely with IT leadership to integrate consulting services with training and technology initiatives. The role also involves monitoring market trends, refining value propositions, and representing CyberXDelta in executive-level discussions with key clients and partners.
Qualifications
Strong consulting, client advisory, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading complex engagements in cybersecurity or related IT domains.
Business process improvement and operational optimization skills, including the ability to design, implement, and refine scalable consulting methodologies.
Sales and business development skills to support pipeline growth, proposal creation, and executive-level negotiations for consulting services.
IT management and technology leadership experience, ideally within cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
Proven track record in building and leading high-performing consulting teams, including talent development and coaching.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in or with training, education, or skills-development organizations is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across diverse, distributed teams.
