DESCRIPTION
We are a premier transactional law firm seeking experienced attorneys with Am Law experience to work on an hourly basis.

WHO WE NEED
We are seeking outstanding attorneys with:
Am Law 100 experience
At least two years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience
A J.D. from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
Strong ethical standards and a client-first orientation
Admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a remote contract position. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

COMPENSATION
The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $100 - $175 per hour, depending on a candidate's experience and background.
