Lead operational delivery, including Incident (INC), Request (RITM), and Change management activities for AIX & Linux track.
10+ years of experience in managing AIX and Linux environment including Upgrades , patch management, vulnerability remediation.
Lead AIX upgrade program for End-of-Life refresh - currently 100+ server upgrades in pipeline
Plan and execute upcoming infrastructure initiatives in AIX estate including VIO upgrades and PowerPath to MPIO migration (Critical)
Skilled in Ansible and automation scripting
Engage key stakeholders on project planning and requirements.
Oversee AIX and Linux server patching and vulnerability remediation, coordinating closely with application owners.
End-of-Life (EOL) planning and refresh strategy for AIX and Linux environments.
On call and weekend support for critical issues and planned maintenance activities.
