Role Description As the Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will lead end-to-end planning and execution of influencer campaigns for a variety of clients. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves identifying, vetting, and onboarding influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels. You will design campaign strategies, negotiate partnerships, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal teams (such as creative, account management, and analytics) to ensure timely delivery of content. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage influencer relationships, oversee content calendars, monitor campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights and reports. The role also includes staying current on creator trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually refine the influencer marketing offering.
Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing or talent management, including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with creators and agencies.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and an understanding of content formats, audience behavior, and platform analytics.
Proven ability to develop and execute campaign strategies, manage budgets, and track performance against KPIs and client goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, account, and analytics teams.
Comfort with data and tools used for influencer discovery, campaign tracking, and reporting; ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Solid organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a digital agency, brand marketing team, or creator-focused startup in India is an advantage.
