Nurse (Temp)

Primary Function of Position:
Assist company’s Doctor with specialized medical attention for users and keeps record for all employees’ medical references.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for medicine and first aid kits inventory
Purchases medicines and medical equipment based in company needs.
Keep all First Aid Kits stocks in good conditions and updated .
Reports monthly medical attendance stats
Provide medical care (i.e. taking blood pressure, etc.) and given first aid to the personnel went needed and based on internal medical protocol.
Perform periodic medical tests to employees based on a health prevention program Elaborate technical investigation for labor accidents
Complies with our Social Security Institute requirements, mainly the ST-7 (accident report) Train and support the first aid Brigade
Promotes drugs, alcoholism and smoking and general health prevention campaign Family planning in coordination with IMSS.
Participate in new employees onboarding program Audits room conditions.
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
Professional in Nursing Labor Health Programs First Aid Care Health and safety knowledge Experience in manufacturing industry 1 to 3 years minimum.
Management Microsoft Office Occupational Medical Service
