We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Manager
Company: XY Academy – Online English School
XY Academy is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our remote sales team, improve sales performance, and increase student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise, train, and coach sales representatives.
* Set sales targets and monitor KPIs.
* Improve lead conversion rates and closing strategies.
* Oversee daily sales activities and follow-ups.
* Develop effective sales scripts and processes.
* Evaluate team performance and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Haitian Creole (mandatory).
* Proven experience managing a B2C sales team.
* Strong background in telesales, inside sales, or call center sales management.
* Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
* Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and improving conversion rates.
