We’re hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (Pune / Remote) 🚀
We are scaling our media-buying and growth vertical and looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist based in Pune to manage and scale high-budget paid acquisition funnels for global clients.
If you obsess over CAC, ROAS, creative hooks, and conversion architectures—this desk is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Architect, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & YouTube), and emerging channels.
Build high-converting lead funnels—moving traffic from top-of-funnel paid ads into communities, webinars, and high-ticket subscription tiers.
Partner directly with our 3D/CGI visual production and design teams to concept high-retention video hooks, statics, and motion ads.
Navigate ad compliance, policy guidelines, and tracking infrastructure (Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Analytics 4, UTM parameters).
Conduct rigorous weekly A/B testing on creative assets, copy angles, and landing page conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on media-buying experience managing paid ad spend with measurable ROAS.
Verticals: Experience running performance funnels for communities, education/info-products, fintech, or high-growth B2B/D2C brands.
Analytical Edge: Ability to read beyond surface metrics and optimize for true bottom-line customer acquisition cost (CAC) and LTV.
Location: Pune (Hybrid / flexible setup).
