Threat Hunting Research Intern

ASRIA is opening applications for its first Threat Hunting Research Internship, an 8-week remote research program focused on practical cyber threat investigation.
Participants will investigate real, publicly observable cyber threats using lawful open-source intelligence and security research techniques. The program is designed for students and early-career professionals who want to build practical experience in threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, OSINT, and technical investigation.
What you will work on
Threat hunting and cyber threat intelligence research
OSINT and infrastructure analysis
IOC enrichment and threat mapping
Phishing and malicious infrastructure investigations
Malicious script analysis and deobfuscation
Cryptocurrency and blockchain tracing when relevant
MITRE ATT&CK mapping
Technical intelligence reporting
A final independent threat hunting investigation
Who we are looking for
Strong interest in cybersecurity and threat research
Basic knowledge of networking, Linux/Windows, or security fundamentals
Curiosity and an investigative mindset
Ability to research independently and document findings clearly
Students and early-career professionals are welcome
