Company Description
Tymeline provides autonomous initiative orchestration for engineering leaders by embedding verified AI Employees directly into their organizations.
The platform reduces coordination overhead for engineering teams by assigning AI teammates to own roles such as project coordination, code review, and vendor liaison under a Plan / Execute / Govern framework powered by HyperOrg.
Tymeline integrates with existing tools and operating rhythms, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Synopsys, GitHub, and other enterprise systems, without requiring teams to adopt entirely new workflows.
The platform is deployed above customers’ existing technology stacks with flexible deployment models and enterprise-grade security and compliance, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Headquartered in Austin, with offices in Bangalore and London, Tymeline supports complex engineering programs across silicon, software, systems, and services.

Working Hours
This position is remote from India but will work closely with the CEO based in the United States.
Candidates must be willing and able to work primarily during U.S. Central Time business hours, which will involve evening and nighttime working hours in India.
Some flexibility may occasionally be required depending on meetings, travel, and business priorities.
