Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Edbinder!
We connect qualified Latin American teachers with U.S. K–12 schools, and we’re looking for someone who can turn outbound outreach into meaningful business conversations.
📍 Full-time | Remote | Latin America preferred
What you’ll do:
• Call and email U.S. schools and districts using our lead lists and sales playbook.
• Identify hiring decision-makers and qualify their staffing needs.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for our closing team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and clear handoff notes.
• Help improve our scripts and outreach process.
What we’re looking for:
• C1 or above spoken English—you’ll be calling U.S. schools every day.
• Previous experience in outbound prospecting, telesales, or appointment setting.
• Confidence handling objections and consistent daily calling.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and CRM discipline.
• Availability during agreed U.S. business hours.
Experience in education, recruitment, or B2B sales is a plus.
You’ll work directly with our CRO and help build Edbinder’s outbound sales process, with opportunities to grow as the team expands.
