JOB DESCRIPTION:
True North Recovery, Inc. is seeking a dependable person to join our team as a Print Shop Assistant. This full-time position is responsible for performing basic functions and operations of a print shop for TNR.
Ideal candidates will have a broad skill set in customer service, strong organization
skills answering phone calls, recording orders, data entry, responding to business-
related emails, basic marketing skills, basic math, the ability to read a tape measure, the
ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team, a strong work ethic,
and a desire to learn. This role reports directly to the Workforce Development Manager
and/or designee and may involve occasional travel to remote locations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete assigned work efficiently and with attention to detail.
Assist with coordinating customer orders.
Complete data entry as necessary.
Communicating with customers and coworkers via email and phone calls.
Assist in marketing our services.
Assist with freight handling.
Manage and stock tools, materials, and supplies.
Maintain a safe and organized worksite.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with other departments.
Proven knowledge of basic maintenance and construction procedures.
Valid Alaska driver’s license and insurable under company policy (minimum age 18).
Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory state and federal
background checks.

Experience in customer service.
Strong project and time management abilities.
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working under pressure and managing priorities.
