We are seeking an experienced Staff Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash (OTC) Solution Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations supporting Lyft's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role responsible for independently leading Oracle Cloud implementations from acquisition due diligence through production stabilization. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, and acquired business stakeholders to successfully onboard newly acquired businesses into Lyft's Oracle Cloud ecosystem while ensuring Day 1 operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash (OTC) implementations supporting Lyft's M&A initiatives.
Independently lead the complete Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, including discovery, due diligence, business process assessment, fi t-gap analysis, solution design, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional confi guration, integration design, data migration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), mock cutovers, production deployment, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and transition to Production Support.
Functional Ownership - Lead implementation and confi guration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including:
Order-to-Cash (OTC): Accounts Receivable, Receivables Billing, Customer Account Management, Order Management, Pricing, Cash Application, Collections, Credit Management, Receipt Processing, AutoInvoice, Lockbox, Transaction Types, Customer Master, Revenue Accounting, Oracle Receivables integrations with Zuora and enterprise applications.
M&A Integration
Lead Oracle Cloud implementations supporting mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise integrations.
Plan and execute customer onboarding, customer master migration, open Accounts Receivable conversion, invoice and receivable migration, receipt
migration, customer account setup, and integration onboarding between Zuora, Oracle Cloud, and enterprise applications.
Lead the onboarding of newly acquired businesses into Lyft's Zuora-to-Oracle receivables ecosystem, ensuring accurate customer, billing, receivable, and financial data integration.
Standardize invoicing, billing, collections, and cash application processes across acquired businesses while aligning them with Lyft's enterprise architecture.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Day 1 readiness, production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Solution Design & Delivery
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Tax, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with Lyft's enterprise architecture.
Lead solution discovery sessions, design workshops, and functional reviews.
Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Functional Specifications, Configuration Workbooks, Business Process Flows, and SIT/UAT test scripts.
Systems & Integration
Own the functional design, validation, and testing of integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Receivable, Zuora Billing Platform, CRM systems, payment providers, tax engines, and enterprise applications.
Partner cross functionally with teams to design, validate, and deploy scalable integrations supporting customer onboarding, subscription billing, invoice generation, receivable creation, cash application, and financial reconciliation.
Testing & Go-Live
Lead implementation readiness activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, business validation, mock cutovers, production deployment and transition to Production Support.
Ensure successful production deployments and operational continuity for newly integrated acquisitions.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
Minimum three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with ownership from Discovery through Hypercare.
Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Data Management.
Experience implementing or supporting integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and Zuora Billing Platform.
Strong understanding of subscription billing, invoice generation, receivables accounting, customer lifecycle management, cash application, collections, and financial reconciliation.
Deep functional expertise across Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud as part of mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs.
Experience with customer onboarding, customer master migration, open receivables conversion, invoice migration, revenue migration, and legal entity onboarding.
Strong understanding of order orchestration, pricing, invoicing, collections, cash application, revenue recognition, tax, and financial reporting.
Experience leading production deployments and business cutover activities.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex Oracle Cloud implementations while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing or integrating Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, or other subscription billing platforms with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Experience designing end-to-end Subscription-to-Cash (S2C) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) integration architectures.
Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), billing platforms (Zuora, Stripe Billing, etc.), payment gateways, tax engines, and enterprise applications.
Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion, workflow automation, customer onboarding, and reporting.
Experience supporting global, multi-business unit, multi-currency, and multi-legal entity Oracle Cloud implementations.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation or high-growth technology organizations.

Successfully deliver Oracle Cloud OTC implementations for newly acquired businesses with minimal disruption to customer operations and fi nancial processes.
Ensure Day 1 operational readiness through eff ective planning, testing, customer onboarding, and production cutover.
Standardize billing, receivables, and revenue processes across acquired entities while aligning them with Lyft's enterprise architecture.
Deliver scalable, reliable integrations between Zuora, Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Receivable, CRM platforms, payment providers, and enterprise fi nance systems.
Ensure accurate synchronization of customer, subscription, invoice, receivable, payment, and accounting data between Zuora and Oracle Cloud while maintaining fi nancial integrity and operational continuity.
Enable accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, cash application, and fi nancial reporting for newly integrated acquisitions.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions on time while maintaining operational continuity.
